What is our store's shipping policy?

US Customers: Domestic shipping may take 1-10 business days from the date of shipment. Confirmation emails will be sent upon shipment and will provide tracking number.  

International Customers: Shipment times varies depending on destinations. Please allow anywhere between 15-30 days for your shipment to arrive. After that timeframe, please email us to provide an update/status of shipment. 

What is our store's return and exchange policy?

Refunds: For an acceptable return please keep merchandise tags attached and merchandise must not be damaged. Once return is received, please allow 2-7 business days for processing. A restocking fee of 20% will apply to all returns.

Exceptions to return policy: For merchandise that do not qualify for a return (ex: damaged items, final sale, lost tags) will be given a Store Credit. Please allow 2-7 to process your store credit to your account.
